Foi publicado no Jornal Oficial da União Europeia o Regulamento de Execução (UE) 2019/2171 da Comissão de 17 de dezembro de 2019 que inicia um inquérito relativo a uma eventual evasão às medidas anti-dumping instituídas pelo Regulamento de Execução (UE) 2019/1267 sobre as importações de elétrodos de tungsténio originários da República Popular da China através de importações de elétrodos de tungsténio expedidos do Laos, da Tailândia e da Índia, independentemente de serem ou não declarados originários do Laos, da Tailândia e da Índia, e que torna obrigatório o registo destas importações.
