Action brought on 22 October 2019 – Interpipe Niko Tube and Interpipe Nizhnedneprovsky Tube Rolling Plant v Commission (Case T-716/19) – annul Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2019/1295 of 1 August 2019 amending Implementing Regulation (EU) 2018/1469 imposing a definitive antidumping duty on imports of certain seamless pipes and tubes, of iron or steel, originating in Russia and Ukraine, following a partial interim review pursuant to Article 11(3) of Regulation (EU) 2016/1036;

Action brought on 5 November 2019 – Methanol Holdings (Trinidad) v Commission (Case T-744/19) – annul Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2019/1688 of 8 October 2019 imposing a definitive anti-dumping duty and definitively collecting the provisional duty imposed on imports of mixtures of urea and ammonium nitrate originating in Russia, Trinidad and Tobago and the United States of America, in as far as it relates to the applicant;

– Action brought on 13 November 2019 – Novolipetsk Steel v Commission (Case T-790/19) – alleging that the Defendant committed a manifest error of assessment and acted in breach of Article 1(1) of the Combined Effect Regulation and Article 9(5) of the Basic AD Regulation by imposing varying levels of anti-dumping duties, depending on whether or not quotas under the safeguard measures are exhausted and only amending the anti-dumping measures once the quotas under the safeguard measures are exhausted.
